Plasma Cutting
It is the realization of cutting in conductive materials by means of direct current power source ionizing compressed air and turning it into plasma. Power supply, constant constant compressed air, appropriate type of torch are required for cutting to take place. Plasma cutting can be applied to all conductive metals. Thanks to the plasma cutting technology, you can also perform grooving in addition to cutting.
OXY Cut
Cnc oxygen cutting is the most widely used cutting process. After the metal material is heated to the ignition temperature with high heat obtained by burning a combustible gas with oxygen, the heated zone is cut with a pure oxygen gas jet. As a result of the exothermic reaction between the oxygen and the heated metal area, the oxygen burns the metal and blows the metal oxide, which is the product of combustion, out of the back of the material.
With CNC oxygen cutting, the best cutting performance and quality is obtained depending on the combustible gas and the shape of the nodule. In order for a metal to be cut with oxygen, this material must be oxidized, the melting temperature of the oxides must be lower than the base metal, the oxides must be fluid, and the oxidation temperature must be reached. For this, a flammable gas such as acetylene or LPG must be burned with oxygen in a torch. This is called the preheat flame.
There is flammable oxygen and gas inlet in the form of CNC oxygen cutting. These gases are mixed either in a mixer in a torch or in a nozzle. It burns by coming out of the small holes at the tip of the torch and preheating is provided. Afterwards, oxygen is sent to this area by pressing the oxygen latch and cutting is done.
